Considerations
This retreat may not be ideal for:
Individuals with Significant Physical Limitations: While the retreat offers various hikes and movement practices, the description emphasizes "epic trails" and "walking our feet off." If you have severe physical limitations that prevent participation in extended hikes or movement activities, this retreat might be too strenuous.
Those Seeking Just a Spa Experience: This retreat prioritizes deep connection with nature and mindful movement. While comfortable chalets and delicious meals are provided, the focus is on an active experience, not only rest.
People Who Struggle with Disconnecting from Technology: The retreat encourages a strong focus on being present in the moment and disconnecting from technology. While not a complete digital detox, the retreat emphasizes mindfulness and enjoying the serenity of nature. If you require constant access to technology for work or personal reasons, this might not be the best fit. Additionally, consider these factors:
Dietary Restrictions: Though full board is included, it's best to inquire about specific dietary restrictions beforehand to ensure they can be accommodated.
Level of Fitness: The retreat involves daily hikes and activities in a mountainous environment. While the beauty is undeniable, a moderate level of physical fitness is recommended for optimal enjoyment.
