Women often shy away asking for help, we want to prove to ourselves and the world around us that we can handle it, we can make it and we obviously can but there's so much suffering and struggle inside. Let's let it go. Together.

All Journeys are held in luxury private villas booked exclusively for each experience in order to have the feeling of being in a coy home with the attention of a loving mother. If it feels right for you, our gently facilitated activities offer you the chance to reconnect with yourself and with nature.

Each Journey is a chance to review your lifestyle and habits. We offer a vegetarian diet with no alcohol. In order to have a desired detox, we suggest to exclude red meat, salty and spicy food one week before and one week after the experience.
